The PPFI is constantly developing and updating the programs and services it delivers based on its accumulated experience. These high-quality programs are the result of the PPFI’s collaborative work with local and international partners, particularly the Ministry of Finance (MoF). The PPFI developed these programs based on a continuous assessment of capacity-building needs, as well as an in-depth understanding of the public financial management sector and sectoral and strategic plans, and by identifying performance and awareness gaps and aspects that need to be improved in the PFM sector. The PPFI develops and implements training programs in collaboration with a variety of local and international trainers and professionals from the public and private sectors.
Work Methodology
PPFI offers a customized, hands-on, trainee-centred methodology that is adapted to the needs of the targeted groups, their institutions, and the PFM sector as a whole. The process is based on a thorough assessment of training demands as well as the strategic plans of the institutions in consideration. PPFI employs best practices and international professional standards. PPFI is working to fully enhance in-house training skills by investing in the development of government (internal) trainers to meet public finance training demands and include their practical expertise and experience in the training cycle.
